Lady Gaga to Release Book of Photos

Photograph by Terry Richardson for Lady Gaga is teaming up with photographer Terry Richardson Rosetta Stone V3 for a new book documenting the singers life on the road over the past year. The book, simply titled Lady Gaga, will include over 350 pictures of the pop queen shot between her appearance at the Lollapalooza festival in August of 2010 and the end of her Monster Ball tour earlier this year. This is not the first time Richardson and Gaga have worked together. The photographer shot an iconic photo of the singer that appeared on the cover of Rosetta Stone last year. He appeals to something greater than ourselves. He tells the story of his life and struggles in terms everyone can understand. Jagger blew agitated blues harp (something he never does enough of on stage or record), Charlie Watts showed off the jazz in his calm precision -- dancing at high speed on his cymbals and hi-hat -- and Wood and Richards stood together in front of Watts kit, watching each others hands as they traded phrases in heated treble. Kanye West opened the show looking collegiate in a gray sweater, white shirt and black tie. As Rosetta Stone Arabic V3 he took the stage -- with a six-piece string section, a concert harpist, a DJ and backing singers -- he exuded both confidence and respect, remarking how honored he was to be a rap artist on a Stones gig, then telling the crowd to pay attention to the blues and R B in his music as well.
